Robert & Tina Hare

We are a blended family, married for 8 years with 8 kids between us. It hasn’t been easy, but it is definitely worth it! 
 

How did your love story begin?

Believe it or not, eHarmony. I was a single mom raising three girls with help from my mom, for 10 years when I met Robert. He was a single Dad with three boys, and worked 12 hour shifts as a Deputy Sheriff. As we got to know each other, we learned that we literally followed each other around the country for about 30 years, moving and working.Both of us started our new positions on the same day. For three years, he parked his patrol car below my office not realizing what God had planned for us.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I think our wedding with friends and family in our backyard, our honeymoon cruise in the Adriatic and Ionian seas, the return of our adult prodigals, and our first home purchase together are all equally miraculous and wonderful events. We enjoy our small 5 acre slice of heaven we named Hargrove Hill, and have plans for travel and family well into the future.
